Customer Service Polices:

We want our customers to be completely satisified with their purchase. Our goal of our online catalog is to assist you in finding gifts for you and the animal lovers in your life.

We take great pride in offering you gifts from some of the finest artists and woodcraftsmen in the world.

Most of our merchandaise is made when ordered and shipped directly from the manufacturers to your door. Some of the items are shipped from Nickers & Whiskers. Items that are shipped directly from the manufacturers location are annotated as such on the product page.

In-stock items are shipped immediately. We cannot stock all breeds in all colors in all items, most items ship within a brief period of time. Custom and personalized items may take longer. Please tell us if your order is needed right away. We will do our best to meet your time requirements, but if we are unable we'll let you know.

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa/MasterCard,Discover and Paypal. We also accept payments by Personal Checks, Money Orders or Cashier's Checks.

Please make check, money order, cashier's check payable to The Mailbox Ranch. Personal check orders take 10-15 days to process.

Shipping & Handling:

Shipping in the US is by UPS Only. All items shipped UPS are automatically insured up to $100.00.

Alaska and Hawaii will have an additional $10.00 added to the shipping charges due to the additional charge to ship to these two states.

International Orders - Please email us for shipping rates. International Shipping will be through USPS.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for return instructions. Purchases must be returned in original condition and original packaging.

Returns are not accepted without prior arrangements.Shipping and Handling are non-refundable. There is a 25% Restocking Fee on all Returned Items. Customer is Responsible for all Returned Shipping Charges.Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to pay shipping to return merchandise.

Custom Orders or Personalized Orders are not returnable. It is the customers responsibility to confirm specifics prior to ordering.

C.O.D.'s are not accepted.
